- Very nice all suite hotel. Big rooms for families or groups. Literally everything is within walking distance right outside the front door. Noisy from bars with music on weekends and ball games.

Don't miss the hospitality hours on Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday. Decent food and free beer/wine. Can't beat it. :)

Why is it called the Colonial Marketplace when the decor and construction is very clearly Victorian?
