We have stayed on this hotel a few times and find all the staff very helpful and polite the hotel looks great after the refurb and a brilliant location to be in Manchester

Love the staff at this hotel, they are so friendly and go out of their way to provide a warm welcome. Cocktails in the bar are amazing. Room comfortable with everything you need.

Came again to the hotel , this time i had a big room , love it .. better than the room before .. the service is perfect and the staff so helpful.

Didn't eat (cuz Vertigo right round the corner ❤️🌱) but perfectly lovely and huge room with excellent service. Really liked it.

Beautiful city view from level12, Foods r tasty . For first timer, the location of the hotel is the best . Easy access to the shopping area.

Rooms are nice, clean and spacious. Staff were really helpful and service was speedy. Excellent location too!

Decor is fine (not modern but classic) Staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms comfortable and everything you need. There is a safe - ask at desk. 10th floor room lovely. Great central hotel location.

In the booking was bettet than the reality .. anyway as a location , is perfect .. but its old .. the room is spacious and partially renovated

Though Internet access in the rooms sucks, the hotel friendliness, design and location as well as cleanliness are very good. Not very handsome air conditioners and missing in-room minibars/fridges.

Stayed in a suite on the first floor very nice. I suggest that you tell the front desk staff that you are afraid of heights. You may get one of these rooms

The rooms are very tired and dated with bad plumbing. Due a major refit in 2013/14 so I'd wait till that's complete. Great location.

You have to be really careful not to burn your hands at the buffet. Lift up the red hot Le Creuset lids, but not so far that you touch the heat lamps a few centimetres above. Stupid idea.

Maid service leaves room with curtains drawn and aircon on full blast at 10C all day. Creates an extremely inhospitable atmosphere in what is already a mundane, overpriced hotel. Premier Inn for me,

Pretty average stay for a Marriott hotel, old school furnishings, front desk and delighted to serve staff seem uninterested... Won't be staying again.
