Nice rooms and amenities. Fitness center is well-appointed and changing rooms are clean. You have to pay for WiFi, which is a striking drawback to an otherwise great hotel.
Very shallow 3 1/2 foot 2-lane wide 25 yd (maybe meter) lap pool. Nice changing room with showers so if you check out at 11 but your plane or Train doesn't leave till late you can exercise or swim .
Paying for wifi is sooo 10 years ago...lots of free places in Boston...I get to Flour for breakfast and use their wifi...the password is their phone #...with the 617 area code...
Good location. One block to the silver line (airportbus). Friendly staff. You can pick up food on ground level to avoid the room service charge. Food served until 11 pm.
Staying here means being just a few minutes away from the Faneuli Hall, the Logan Airport, and the Quincy Market. Needless to say, the location is amazing.

We had a short stay but it was lovely. Valets were a little lax compared to other Renaissances - kept having to ask what kind of car (the ticket has a number for a reason...)
For the money and the brand I expected WAY more ☹️. It's clean but that's about all I can say for this place. They skimp on the pillows, no complimentary water and the room looks bland. Boo! ☹️🇺🇸
