Been here 5+ times
The WORST experience I've ever had in a retail store. If you're shopping at Victoria's Secret you're better off going ANYWHERE but here. I am so enraged I feel physically ill. HORRIBLE service.

This location is elmwoid plaza not regency mall, check out Tommy's while you are here though.

Not nearly as bad as people say. But not great either, it's a local mall what more do you expect?
