The level of services is amazing from all Staff, especially Concierge,such as Aline Kalar.And I recommend to all,to allow themselves to experience the luxury and services at The Ritz Carlton Chicago.

Head to the renovated bar in the lobby. Chat with Mel. He’s been there for 20+ years and has a lot of stories to tell. Not to mention he makes a mean whiskey sour :)

Well, this Ritz is quite outdated. A refresh is overdue. That said, the service is spectacular as ever.

The view was stunning. Such a nice hotel room. All the little luxuries I guess you should expect from this brand.
