Rainbeau: (multi locations) It’s a different style than most taco places in LA. Fresh in house tortillas + braised meats. My fave is the ‘Bistek en Salsa Roja’ taco. Their quesadilla too!

Rainbeau: (cash only) I used to be pretty meh about Thai food, and then I was introduced to Ruen Pair. This place is legendary. You can tell how good a restaurant is by how far you’re willing to drive for it.
Rainbeau: This place gives me flashbacks to eating pizza in Naples. They also have tv’s playing European soccer games, if you’re into that sort of thing.
Rainbeau: (DTLA Arts District & Long Beach) - my favorite slice joint. On Tuesdays cheese, pepperoni & vegan slices are only $2. They now serve beer & wine, too.

Rainbeau: From the Silverlake Wine family is this wonderful restaurant. Their happy hour (Tu-F 5-7pm) includes their burger + fries = $10. Its so good! Their wine selection is also fantastic because of course.

Rainbeau: It’s reputation precedes itself. During certain times (M-F 12-5pm, Su-Th 10pm-12am) you can sit at the bar and order any pizza + a glass of wine + a dessert for $30.

Rainbeau: A little gem! This is my favorite sandwich place… not sub/hoagie, but straight up sandwiches on slices of bread. They make the bread in house. The roast beef & short rib sandwiches are my favorites!
Rainbeau: There are many great places to eat & drink in DTLA now, and of all the rooftop bar options in LA the Ace Hotel rooftop bar is still my favorite.
