My balcony is fake. Don't know if the others are real. Rooms are really nice but the a/c is really loud. Connected to the casino which is nice if you enjoy some poker :)

Checkin is a chore. And I'm on a rooming list!!! Go figure, my room which was set is magically not ready for housekeeping because Of no credit card. Hilton/Crowne plaza/doubtletree wasnt this bad

Housekeeping left my door open while I was outside the entire day, and the noise from the casino on weekends is awful... I dont like it... besides the room service food ROCKS!!!
