Crazy good happy hour while I was there during SXSW. CUCUMPENEOS GALORE were consumed. Delightful staff and terrific sunset/pool/bat bridge view. 👍🏼

If you are looking to be in the 2nd St/Congress area (SoCo), this hotel is a must. The location is perfect and the rooms are nice. Priceline and Orbitz have a great deal on this place! :)

There's an executive lounge up on 12, to the left of the elevators. Only the VIPs are supposed to go, but I'm sure you could sneak in & grab breakfast or free wine/beer in the eve.

Nice Hotel with Perfect beds. On the floor and room smells like fresh lemon/orange. Parking with 19$ is to much.

WORST "service personnel" EVER. Luggage cart got pried from my hands by Darryl, the service manager, because "the cart comes with a bellboy or you can't use it". So basically it's luggage tipterrorism

TGIFriday in the hotel has a deck overlooking the Lake and big windows. Nice setting.

NOT a good experience. Room is very outdated and I'm pretty sure they didn't clean after the last guest: breakfast menu was already filled out, pee on the toilet seat, and a pubic hair on the sheets!!

Pool is under construction, and they do not have arrangements with other area hotels. I was very disappointed.
