- JennNovember 24, 2011If you are looking to be in the 2nd St/Congress area (SoCo), this hotel is a must. The location is perfect and the rooms are nice. Priceline and Orbitz have a great deal on this place! :)

- Ria NdutAugust 27, 2014Lovely hotel, Starbucks in the lobby, pool is awesome, I can see the bats from my hotel room
- There's an executive lounge up on 12, to the left of the elevators. Only the VIPs are supposed to go, but I'm sure you could sneak in & grab breakfast or free wine/beer in the eve.
- Tonia RobertsJanuary 25, 2012Third visit to this hotel and I am pleased with the service every time. They will bring you bottled water whenever you want for free..great amenity
- Tim TascheMarch 5, 2015Nice Hotel with Perfect beds. On the floor and room smells like fresh lemon/orange. Parking with 19$ is to much.
- DHR.comApril 12, 2012There's a TGI Fridays and Starbucks here, so snacks and some coffee will be easily accessible.
- Otel.comAugust 30, 2012The hotel is home to T.G.I. Friday's Restaurant and Starbucks Coffee. Excellent!

- Juan Antonio SanchezJuly 19, 2013WORST "service personnel" EVER. Luggage cart got pried from my hands by Darryl, the service manager, because "the cart comes with a bellboy or you can't use it". So basically it's luggage tipterrorism

- ALL In LearningFebruary 7, 2011Going to TCEA 2011? Stop by the ALL In Learning booth and ask about "Tap It, Click It, Scan It". You might even win an iPod Touch or iPad!
- during SXSW, this hotel is a great option. Near everything, but not in the middle of it.
- Steve AshbyDecember 8, 2010TGIFriday in the hotel has a deck overlooking the Lake and big windows. Nice setting.
- Blaire GallagherApril 28, 2014NOT a good experience. Room is very outdated and I'm pretty sure they didn't clean after the last guest: breakfast menu was already filled out, pee on the toilet seat, and a pubic hair on the sheets!!
- Bring your own toilet paper, the one they have is a little thin and hard to pull off.
- K ZiggyJanuary 24, 2012Cute rooms, great location, comfortable sleep number beds...but small bathroom
- Jordan KolencMay 21, 2013This place needs am update. The rooms smell and are the farthest thing from modern possible.
- Richard ChenMarch 11, 2011Facing the check-in counter, the rooms to the right are the renovated units.
- Ryan AlbanMay 26, 2013Pool is under construction, and they do not have arrangements with other area hotels. I was very disappointed.
- DJ DelaCruzMay 20, 2011Great location. Horrible hotel service. Make sure you triple check your reservation and bring proof of it because they WILL fuck it up!
- Richard ChenMarch 12, 2011Hotel wifi: $9.95/day. Boingo wireless roaming onto hotel wifi: $9.95/month. Same horrible quality.
