Rachael: The $3 tacos are reason enough to love this cash-only counter-service operation housed inside an actual tortilla factory. But the fact that you can sit down next to a conveyor belt churning out the very tortillas you’re eating puts the place in a category of its own, and means that the corn and flour discs here are some of the freshest in the city. Tacos, tostadas, taquitos, and quesadillas can be loaded with spicy chorizo, steak, chicken, pork, or a veggie-bean mix. Originally a less-than-legal warehouse eatery, the kitchen has since gone official after some gentle nudging by the Health Department, but the place is still BYOB and has a bit of an air of “anything goes.”

The screenings -- ranging from niche, Independent Swedish art films to works like the Anthony Weiner documentary -- run from May through August and often come paired with food and drink options curated specifically to the film at hand.
