Food & waiter was okay, waitress need A LOT of improvement! It's 25% off any drink or starter, not the topping!! You think I really care about 25% off a scoop of boba?!
Service and food is good. But I don't understand that if your receipt says 3 pm for the promo. Why don't you get it?- Steak would taste good IF the meat quality is good. Overall drinks are ok, parking is a pain.
