Ed WoodcockDecember 15, 2015Very decent Sunday roast. Massive Yorkshire pudding. Just need condiments on the tables rather than a tub by the bar.
The chilli prawns are excellent. They do come very hot and you have to wait for it to cool, but the sauce can be dipped with the bread. Really, really good.

- Overall the food is great, staff friendly and a good selection of real ale
- Do not order the bavette steak. Stewing beef should never be dressed up as steak. You will chew till it hurts
