We had the restaurant week menu. Carpacciobison was excellent. Squab was fabulous -especially the stuffing! Stewedberries with addition of vanilla ice cream made this dessert excellent. :-)
The food here is EXCELLENT. Chili relleno for me and my husband had the Tewa Taco. They also have bar service. Grand slamhome run. Plus the museum is awesome.
The seasonal menu when I visited was pre-contact dishes. The duck with pumpkin succotash was excellent to the point I believe everything on the menu is likely good as well.
