PT6 Nation: Great place to grab great wine or a starter. They have something like 60,000 bottles of wine. Order a bottle and you get to watch someone climb (Mission Impossible-style) to pull down your bottle.
PT6 Nation: If you are out alone, ask to sit at the "chef's table." You’ll be able 2 sit & watch the chef cook, talk to him/her, & taste special dishes as they come out of the kitchen. Better than sitting alone!

PT6 Nation: Grab a drink and stand in front of the hotel sometime after dark. The fountains go off every 30 minutes or so and it is really impressive to see.
Tammi Hitchcock: if you go to a convention at LV convention center the @lasvegashilton is a great place to stay. monorail to c center is only 1 stop away. monorail also goes to the strip for fun!
