The ingredients you see listed are the only ingredients you get—our blended drinks have no added syrups, concentrates, or juices. The sugar found in protein bar’s blended drinks comes from the naturally-occurring sugars in fresh fruit & milks & is easily converted to energy by the body.

Start w/ your choice of protein (whey, soy, or egg), choose a milk (2%, skim, almond, or soy), & add an optional boost at no charge. Some drinks have yogurt in them, & you have a choice of that, too (nonfat, greek, or soy).

Our chili recipes were perfected during a 72-hour non-stop cooking spree in the final days prior to protein bar opening. We like to think our recipes are second to none & if chicago ever had a chili contest, we’d enter them. Oh, & both our chilis are gluten-free.
