Without a doubt Prime One Twelve is great restaurant. I tried ribeye, kobe beef slider and fried red velvet cupcakes, it was delicious and high quality. I would give this place FIVE stars.
The best scene in south, not to mention the best food. Everything is good and filling. Portions are huge. Scallop app, sliders, steaks and any side with truffle in it. Poketuna tar tar is amazing
Reservations is a must, Sea bass is cooked to perfection, Lobster mac n cheese is a taste like homemade, and if you never had a fried oreo now is the time to try one! Dennis Mancino
Only thing good is their reputation. Host/Hostess don’t know what they’re doing. Can’t seat a reservation on time to save their life. Management should fire the team hosting on 10/20/18
Amazing food in a stylish atmosphere. The raw bar is incredible and steaks are worth every penny. When they say a dish is for 3 people to share, trust them - portions are huge. Very attentive staff.

A quintessential South Beach dining experience that's a MUST on any culinary to-do list. It's pricey but worth every penny. The lobster mac n cheese, filet minon, sea bass, and fried Oreos.
One of the most successful steak houses in the USA. A favorite of the Miami Heat players and celebrities around the world. Reservations are a must. If you get in - you won't soon forget it.
Celeb frequented and locally hyped establishment that's legendary for it's succulent steaks, lobster mac n' cheese, and fried red velvet cake. While pricey, it's well worth the dinero in South Beach
Great place and humble owner operator. I think a night can only go up from taking a date to this place or going alone because the singles at the bar is nice also. Great Job Prime.
Now you know exactly where to wear those new KC shoes. Prime One Twelve is great for celebrity spotting. All the steaks are delicious, and the truffle mac and cheese is amazing.
This is my favorite Miami Hot Spot! Lively and chic crowd. The food and service is pretty good! But be forewarned, you'll need a phone call to get a prime table and skip the hour plus wait!
This has always been my favorite Steakhouse "NATIONWIDE"!! It's worth the wait and the money! Lovely servers, cutechef, and gorgeous decor and ambience - and a beach to walk off dinner!
Save and for a special ocasion get the poterhouse is the best cut I have ever tried and between 3 we couldn't finish it so it is not as bad as it sounds I would have payed even more for the dish
Whether your goal is to close a business deal, pick up a pop star or enjoy a juicy 12-oz. filet mignon, this is arguably the toughest -- and thus the most impressive -- dining ticket in town. Read more
A little known secret is that when there is a line for the first floor restrooms, look for the secret staircase next to the reception stand. Go up the stairs, and find more restrooms. Never a wait!
Good food, but overall great dining experience. You will wait quite a while to be seated and for the food, but it's worth it. Kobe filet and lobster Mac and cheese are ridiculous.
This is the place to go to chow on steaks amongst celebs. Truffle mac n' cheese and cheese bread are star sides while the bread pudding is worth saving room for. Another plus? Bacon at the bar.
Date night? Prime 112 has a great menu. I'm a vegetarian and my favorite dish is the Organic FieldGreens Salad. My brother loves the NY Strip Steak w/Prime 112 Sauce. Entrees start at $20.
Make a reservation, and go early. People love to complain about the long waits here, so avoid the hassle and skip the pre-dinner cocktails (or, rather, just make them post-dinner cocktails). Read more
If you can't get in at the restaurant, try the bar at the Prime Hotel. They share the same kitchen. The dessert menu is amazing! Anything you order can be shared with at least 3 people.
Coming from a local, Best bet is to go during the weekdays when the cook the steaks over coal as opposed to the oven on the weekends when they need to make 200+ steaks

While technically not a "nightlife" destination, Prime One Twelve is the place to eat if you're only in Miami for a few days. Don't forget the fried Oreodessert!
