Olaf SchulzFebruary 5, 2018Good hotel .Not 5 Star as classified but a good 4 star . Service on a typical Czech level. Not really friendly and enthusiastic. Rooms are renovated and nice. Recommend a room with castle view .

The service is quite bad, we asked for a pair of extra blanquets due to the heater not working but we never receive them.
