Granola, scrambled egg sandwich, and mozzarella tomato sandwiches were great. Tasty orange juice. Cappuccino was good. Friendly and attentive service. Perhaps a little touristy.
The granola with strawberry and rhubarb was tasty and rich. The poached egg and avocado toast was very good. Cappuccino was full bodied, with Brazilian Sitio do Cruz beans from Fjord.
Well executed coffee. Seems to exclusively use Square Mile beans. I found the Sweetshop blend a bit weak to use for cappuccino though.
The millet porridge on coconut milk, tasty and interesting. Avocado toast, delicious. Great place for breakfast.
Very quiet room, facing the street. Great bed, but firm. Pitch black and cool room. Great bathroom. Very clean. Great location if exploring Mitte, and close to S-bahn and trams.
This museum made a great impression on me. The architecture, the art installations and the exhibitions all come together in a very powerful way.
Vegetarian miso ramen was very good; well-balanced, and flavour develops as you eat. Attentive and friendly staff.

Sister to Silo Coffee, they serve Fjord coffee, their roasters in collaboration with Father Carpenter. Had a tasty Mountain Blend flat white. Good granola and French toast.
Good for a quick coffee, but not for sitting down a while. For that, I would go to Father Carpenter instead.
Would definitely stay here again, although it’s a bit awkwardly situated. Really liked the rooms, the lobby and the bar. We had a room facing the zoo and the exotic noises added to the experience.
Try the onigirazu. They are like bigger onigiri, rice balls with various fillings, wrapped in nori (seaweed).
