Great ab workout equipment in the back corner. Make sure to explore all the different machines.
4:00pm on Friday is a good time to go if you want to avoid a crowd.
Close to home. Inexpensive place. Fun and open. No guessing on how to use equipment.- Highly recommend you do the 30 minute circuit. Great workout that goes very fast.

Staff are pretty friendly even to those trying to manipulate the system!
Better option if you like it to be more quiet and less packed than 24. I hate 24 now.
