The trainer sessions are fantastic, easy to book, free, very accurate and tailored to your needs, free, non judgmental, and did I mention free? Take full advantage of their expertise!
It's clean and quiet, but it's definitely a room with workout equipment in it, and not a true "gym". The "unlimited fitness training" is nonexistent as far as I can tell.- Friendly staff, clean gym, plenty of equipment, always open, inexpensive, what else do you need?
The morning has the best staff working, 5 am is quite easy to get to equipment.
I love this gym! The only down fall is the changing rooms could use a daily once over w/ a vacuum
Sometimes if you plug your headphones into the treadmills, your ears get shocked every few minutes. Inconvenient and painful!!- The best customer service in the morning at 4:30! Afternoon, not so much

An amazing gym environment that won't hurt your wallet. I got $10/mo with no cancellation fee. There's nothing to lose and plenty to gain! =)
