Cody Ann JohnsonJanuary 10, 2014Lots of equipment even when its super busy (5-9) u can usually find at least one piece of cardio equipment to use. So far i like it.
There are plenty of machines, free weights, and open areas for exercising. If you don't have an established routine the express 30-minute workout area is an easy way to get started.
- There's always always plenty of machines. You never have to wait. And the hydro massage bed is out of this world awesome!
I don't grunt or yell - today they warned me for HISSING! A gym that won't let you workout. Wish I could afford a gym for grown-ups.

They don't have big fans at this pf! It gets pretty hot in there! Night is the best :)
Wipe off the equipment when you're finished! No one wants to touch your nasty swear on all the workout equipment!

Use the massage chairs after a good workout. So relaxing with CNN on the TV.
Just got new massage chairs, they are awesome after an intense session- Not one scale in the building? I understand the "no judgment" thing, but that's neurotic. A scale is not a person who judges, it's an instrument to help track your progress. Silly.
Not really a tip, but I love when the lunk alarm goes off. People just stand there, and look around at eachtoher like "who did it?"
If you're going to interfere with everyone else's tanning time, don't go in. And don't pretend to be someone that actually is signed up!!
