- For a full-body workout, try the 30-minute circuit. It's no joke, but gives you full cardio & strength training.
- To the sweaty people that work their ass's off on a machine, then leave their blood sweat and tears for the next person to clean up, thanks.
- I finally made it. Long day. 15K training. Run and weights.
- Here's another tip, bring deodorant if u know your gonna get it in at the gym, just saying.
- Leave your headphones on even if the music is off because people say the funniest things when they think no one is listening.
- Shower, take a bath, or just wash your a$$ b4 you come to workout!
- Are u working harder then the dude right next to u? If not then maybe ur not ready for the gym and mind as well just give up now since excuses are for weaklings
- DO NOT bring/leave anything valuable in your locker even w/a lock on. My locker was broken into early in the morning during my workout. Luckily I don't bring anything valuable w/me.
- Stay Focused on you and your goals. Thats really a life lesson.!
