Use the machines on the 1st floor if you want to use the free wifi to listen to music on your phone, I recommend the songza app
Bring a lock. Don't just throw your shit in a locker unlocked. And if you use the circuit training equipment, keep moving when the light changes.- Janet is awesome!!! Amazing classes! Keep her on full time please!

No towel service, but overall it's a really good deal.
Biking til the warriors game is over. Go warriors! Love three TVs.- Monday-Wednesday members are more motivated to workout
Get the basic membership for 15-19/month! Best deal in town!
Best time to exercise is from 2:30-3:30. Place is a ghosttown.- It must be nice to get paid for weight loss and not loose a pound, Mariah needs to make it happen
