- I like this place better than the fitness chains. Not too crowded, cardio machines and weights are everywhere! Plus, the massage chairs are free as a Black Card member!!!
The fenced off area is for circuit training ONLY. If you don't know what that means read the sign posted by the gate. Otherwise you are in everyone's way and screwing up their training flow.Upvoted Jan 17

They keep all the worn out treadmills upstairs, for the better run use the downstairs treadmills.
Morning workout. Gotta try and get back to this routine I used to do.
They show faux news on tv #10. Be sure to carry something to keep away from watching it. Ugh!
- Its not that crowded during the afternoon. Just like rush hour the busy times are before and after work hours.
- Trying to get back into the routine of working out.
5pm to 8pm M-Thurs is crazy busy. Go earlier in the day and weekends.- Got a black card? Get a massage voucher. Them's some comfy chairs.
