If you're using the 30 Minute Express Workout (yellow machines) area, be sure you understand how it works: the stations are numbered -- 60 sec. of lifting / aerobics, and 30 sec. to rest / clean.- Thank you to the employee who opened EVERY bottle of tanning lotion for me a week or so ago! You are amazing! & as soon as my lotion is gone I will be buying one from you! ;)
- Mondays are BY FAR the busiest days and it's not even close. As the week moves on, it gets less busy -- Thursdays and Fridays aren't bad at all. Weekends are usually dead.
- Busiest from 4-7 on weekdays. Come in the mornings and work out before work! Everything is wide open during the mornings.
FYI- if there's a game on Fox you want to watch i.e. The NFL playoffs they won't play Fox or change any channels for you.
Women's bathroom has changing stalls if ur like me and don't like to change in the open.
$20 a month with unlimited chair massaging tanning and red light therapy ain't too shabby!!!!
- Don't ever sign up at the wrong location. Transferring is a pain. LOL But at least the still let me come in and are cool about it.
This place is pretty nice, it definitely is worth $10 bucks a mobth
