I don't know what peolole are talking about - great facility, as clean as gyms can be and overall an enjoyable place to workout.
The Corcoran GroupOctober 15, 2013Membership here is probably cheaper than any other gym in Manhattan, so if cost is your biggest concern, you should definitely join here. If gym cleanliness is a bigger factor, go elsewhere.
Right near where I work. Can't beat the price and at least when i left after work I had no issues with waiting for machines and the staff was super helpful!
Lots of cardio machines. Decent amount of weight machines. Very little space for free weights/abs. Can get crowded but you get what you pay for (I recommend the black card). Also, no scale wtf!
avoid during after office hours. This place packs up and there are long lines for machines between 5:30-7. But the first monday of the month is free pizza night. First tuesday morn=free bagels
For $10-$20 you can't go wrong. The bathroom doesn't smell nice, and they don't give you towels, but it's exactly what a affordable gym should be.

But you will have all you need for a good workout for general fitness at a very affordable rate!.. complete bang for the buck!- Don't go on the first Monday of the month! They lay out pizzas in the lobby like a trap! A delicious, delicious trap!!
Hey can u guys please fix the seats on the calf e tention and seated leg press machines so that I can use them without killung myself. Been broke a month now. This is ridiculous!

Air quality is awesome here compared to the location on 55th st and 9th ave!!

Going after 5PM means waiting a lot longer for machines. Go in the morning before about 3PM or at night to avoid the crowds!
Way too much cardio, tiny free weight area, long waits to do anything during after work hours. Even the mornings are getting tough as more people come early to avoid the insane crowds.
Bring EARPLUGS. Been playing the same music for two years now. Don't ever want here Guns and Roses again. EVER.
Lettuce Beef Cereal, no real lifting will ever take place here, but its a great start to your fitness goals!
I sometimes wonder if people go there to workout or hook up. Cruising is insane there. Beware of shower shenanigans. Hell beware of the showers.- K PersaudJanuary 22, 2014Their very vague when you're trying to cancel, while the process seemed easy and was quick they forgot to mention I would still be charged. Lesson: don't join after the 10th of that month.
Has better amenities than other PF but the bathrooms are still dingy and saw a mouse running towards the machines on the 2nd floor.
Try and steal a pen every day. It's your prize/trophy for the punishment your body is about to endure.
GO TO ANOTHER GYM! OK I'm sore about the one coin a day rule (but the chair times too short) ... But this is the second time this week, the 4th time this month (MAY)that the bathroom is filthy!

The CNN TV is never operating but Fox News has no issues -_-.
It's getting way too crowded in here. Go earlier (before 4) or else you'll have to wait around for a machine.

- 1st time back after going to another gym & WTF happened? At 7am this was a clean spot. Today ,Showers haven't been cleaned properly in a while and the staff is ... Poorly chosen. NOT a good look
