Laurie WolfeSeptember 24, 2011They have a really good circuit workout called the "30 minute workout" and the cardio equipment is pretty up to date so you are getting more than enough for the price of the membership.

Gabriel VegaApril 24, 2016Not a lot of free weight equipment. The bathrooms and showers aren't clean every day. Showers aren't hygienic and always something falling apart( handles, drain filters).
