My friend has an appointment here..and I waited her .. The place is so calm .. Clean .. And relaxing .. You can see the owner walking around checking .. They have espresso lab. 👌🏻

A peaceful quiet environment with gym space either for personal or ladies only yoga classes. Holistic health or mental or emotional health through natural medicine. A chiropractor to DNA Testing.

Physiotherapy sessions with Nora who really knows what she's doing. Sessions incorporate pilates with physio. Good results after 1st actual session.
