Loving their pork knuckle, they used sakura pork. Lesser "pork" smell, meat was tender, fats on the skin were lesser n thinner n the skin was soooo awesomely crispy.

Carbonara Spaghetti which tastes too black peppery is too salty and comes with tiny bits of 80% fat bacon. Mixed grill's meats dont taste fresh though the beef was tenderly done. Ordered fruit juice
