Even though this airport takes FOR-EVA to get to from downtown Phoenix, it's worth it for my family in Nebraska to be able to fly easily and quickly to the PHX metro area!
Roy TokeshiAugust 19, 2013All food options are closed inside security for late night flights. Pack your own snacks and fill a water bottle full of ice before arrival. At security you only need to drink or dump melted liquid.
- Do not book a vegas flight on friday. Booked a 700 flight and am still here for a 955 boarding. Pay the xtra 100 dollars, your time is worth it with southwest

ryan thouinNovember 15, 2013For domestic travels check this airport to see if they have cheaper tickets because they usually do. However, arrive early if you don't want to miss your flight. There are usually huge lines.
Allegiant is a good way to save money but be aware of flights always being delayed and I almost died on one of there flights! Pilot was either drinking or banging a crackwhore in the cockpit.

The snack bar has a very limited menu late nights; the gift shop is open late but has lousy snacks - Quick Trip outside airport place to buy good snacks and / or eat before flight - Village Inn close- Jeff EastMay 16, 2013Have your boarding pass printed from home, and go straight to security screening. No need to check in at the gate then.

Judah RichardsonDecember 21, 2013There's no indoor, non-security route between baggage claim/rental car kiosks and ticketing. Gates are open air too. And Allegiant is on time but uncomfortable.
Spirit airlines got me a last minute (literally same day) cheap flight to Dallas. The money I saved was worth the wait and the weird TSA. :O)
