- Tania PlateroJanuary 20, 2018Went there with my friend, a walk-in moment, Tea is delicious and desserts are to die for! They have an amazing selection of them, and staff is very attentive and friendly!
- Kimmie OhhJanuary 18, 2020They’re pricey here & best known for their caviar. They have e a black croissant with salmon - interesting. However, if you’re not into that, grab other pastries (almond croissant) & hot chocolate.
- Ashley ChanMay 3, 2017Gigantic and satisfying chocolate cookie. Tastes like a combination of a cookie, cake and brownie. Def try it.
- ZenFoodsterMay 22, 2013Apricot Danish is like a croissant that has an apricot jam w/ pistachio cream filling. The croissant was good. I would get it again if I was in the area but wouldn't make a special trip just for it!
- Salim MithaOctober 7, 2011Croque Monsieur is fantastic and you can substitute the ham for fresh turkey. Delicious. The butternut squash soup is also lovely. Wait staff were likely trained in Paris given their lack of warmth
- Serious EatsAugust 18, 2011We love their plain and marzipan- and nut-laden pistachio croissants, insanely chocolatey, crispy chocolate chip cookies, blackberry-almond danishes, and blueberry tarts with crisp, flaky crusts. Read more
- Steffy TeffOctober 26, 2013Great atmosphere, service amazing as we had a waiter to ourselves almost the entire time :) Our dinner and wine was delicious. I'll just get to the point. I love this place 5✰
- I love everything that I had there from the caviar to the croissants. Their breakfast is always worth a stop in.
- Alex ZaltsmanOctober 31, 2011Those who judge a restaurant by the bread will be in heaven as you are served the amazing dinner rolls that are sold next door. Highly recommend American caviar, cod, and octopus salad.
- Their apricot pastry is one of the tastiest treats I have ever eaten! Fresh bread available daily as well. FYI, they open at 9:30 on Sundays.... Opening hours are not posted on door.
- Elegant French pastry shop and cafe, I will definitely pick this cafe over the le pain quotidien across the street, star service in a cafe
- Mandola JoeOctober 4, 2011OK, if you're like me you can't afford it; but if you're like me you've got to LOVE the building in which Petrossian is located -- Alwyn Court has the most opulent façade for miles around -- enjoy it!
- Good lobster salad, foie Gras salad and club sandwich. Low key quiet feel
- Come here for lunch and/or brunch. It is a much less 'stuffed' atmosphere than in the restaurant! I LOVE it!
- Deborah TsuchidaJanuary 17, 2016Among the best croissants in NYC. Just get here early - they often run out by noon.
- Homewood SuitesNovember 22, 2011Petrossian is on the Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade path! Tune in and catch the Lewis the Duck "On the Roll Again" parade float presented by Homewood Suites by Hilton.
- Theemeetreeos AthamakisOctober 29, 2014Best Bagels in town! Smoked salmon bagel and then a double chocolate chip cookie!
- PriscilaSeptember 5, 2011Amazing! Ask for the Petrossian selection and choose from the caviar menu! Loved the transiberian caviar.
- One of my fav chocolate croissants... Almost like paris!
- Chris MolanphyMarch 30, 2013(Re: restaurant, not bakery) Come for caviar/delish appetizers (sturgeon, salmon: yum), don't bother w/entrées—creamy, mushy, uninspired. Décor='80s timewarp; was tempted to do a line in the bathroom.
- Luis FelipeApril 6, 2011Is the best restaurant to eat caviar with champagne. The f-gras and smoked sable are fenomenal
- Their cappuccino is exactly like the one I had in Paris
- Jason RichertSeptember 30, 2010Sampler appy is great - nice spread of caviar, f-gras and smoked sable. Duck entree was delicious!
- THEY HAVE ONE THE BEST CROSSANTS I'VE EVER TASTED TRUE FRENCH SPIN ON IT!
- grab a pain au chocolat before you leave. Buttery and flaky like a crossaint but with a chocolate surprise.
- Robin Taylor RothApril 3, 2011Offers about a dozen single-malt scotches, but least expensive (Glenlivet & Glenfiddich) are $18. At least, they serve a double!
