As the summer residence of the Emperor, this small villa has a nice exhibition inside (incl. the Emperor's electric fan, and the table where he signed the WWI documents) and a well-managed garden.
You can take the (rather pricey) cable car to take you up to the mountain. After that, Katrinkreuz is just a short walk away, presenting a stunning view of the area.
