The best meal I had in Greece. The salad was the best salad I've ever had in my life, and the chicken was slow cooked to perfection. Amazing food cooked with such simple ingredients.

Amazing place & food for a special dinner, very well organized! Preferably make a reservation, we didn't made so we need to wait 30min for a table. Fair prices. Crete salad & Smoked pork were amazing.

The smoked pork was excellent!! The other pork dishes and the goat were also really good. The restaurant itself is beautiful with a lovely garden to eat in. Best food I've had in Greece so far!

Fantastic creating cuisine, great ambience. Try EVERYTHING! Not to miss: their homemade fizzy drinks(karteraki is the best), the "syglino prin to kioupi" dish, apaki, and sfakianipitta dessert.

Incredible and enjoyable dinner. Syglino was superb: Pork ribs are hooked into a small grill and you have to smoke them by yourself adding thyme and sage leaves to the fire. Very typical location.

the best authentic in heraklion, we tried the fried snails for appetizer, house wine, goat and rabbit for main foods. All foods were fresh and absolutely amazing #creta#heraklion#peskesi

Really nice and well cooked authentic Cretan cuisine. I had goat that was slow cooked in yoghurt. Delicious! The restaurant has a really cozy ambience to it as well. 🙂

Delicious & autentic cretan cuisine. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. Try the stuffed zucchini flowers, along with grandma's chicken, and don't miss the home-grown organic refreshments! ❤️

This place is a hidden gem. Great ambiance, perfect service and fantastic food beautifully presented. The zucchini flowers are amazing as are the croquettes of greens and smoked pork ribs.

Awesome food, a must try in Heraklion! The Greek salad, the fried shrimps and the squid, the zucchini flowers and the Cretan cheese pies, can’t really say what was the best, try a bit of everything!

Simply the best restaurant and meat in the city. They make an art out of cretan cuisine. Recommend pork kandanou and goat in yogurt!

By my opinion the best food in Crete.The service here is really good, and there is always intriduction to your meal: how it was cooked and what is the history. Only local ingredients, try the souvlaki

Staff is friendly, we prefer goat meat in yogurt and Crete salad both of then is quite good! Definitely recommend it! Price are a little bit higher than the average but it is worth it!

This beautiful restaurant combines the authentic Cretan cuisine and the traditional Cretan deco. Moreover, it has a wide variety of Vegan-vegetarian dishes. Extra tip: try the Cretan cheesecake.

The wine and cocktails wine are delicious and affordable. We ordered the zucchini flowers and the prom dish with honey and legumes. The service and the ambiance were excellent!

Stop browsing and go. Impeccable service, lovely setting/ambiance, and reasonable prices. Emphasis on authenticity. The goat with yogurt was tender and carried immense flavor. Fries light but crispy.

Wine is just crazy good. Main courses are something from another world - try pork chops you are not going to regret it. It is really really that good. Desserts are must.

A must go. Try the apaki and the stuffed wine leaves. We had the pork as main dish and creatan salad was perfect. To avoid to wait make a reservation by phone. Staff is extremely kind and helpful

One of the best meals I've had in Greece. If you are in Heraklios, do yourself a favor and eat a meal here. Get the cheese plate and the Peskesi sausage.

Truly the best restaurant in Heraklion! We went there twice in a row as it's that good. The food was incredibly tasty and fresh. The service was absolutely amazing, would be back again for sure!

We loved the place! Delicious Cretan food and good portions. Excellent service and treats (Raki with arbaroriza and rose liquor) were offered at the end of the meal. You definitely have to try it!

Delicious dishes close to the traditional cuisine with a semi gourmet style. The most cozy and beautiful place of Heraklion. Dishes are overprised, could be cheaper. Has also variety of cretan wines.

Great restaurant with a great range of dishes. The Dolmades, olives and groats with aubergine were great went there for a quick meal and wished we could eat more, a must for a stay in Heraklion.

Beautiful restaurant and lovely food - Cretan with a modern twist. No kids' menu, but we found suitable dishes on the appetizers list. The waiter surprised us with a gorgeous complimentary dessert.
