This is the regular Percolate standby (it's a block away from the office). A good cup + an impossible to beat backyard.
Great for a quick espresso or buying a bag of beans (some of the best espresso beans in the city). Make sure you grab a sticker on the way out, they're sweet.
This is like the secret Think Coffee we always forget about. There aren't that many good spots to sit for a coffee meeting around Union Square. This is your spot. It's big with plenty of seats.
Our office was on Bond Street when this place opened and we were serious regulars. It's awesome and a great place for a 3pm cup of coffee without the coffee shop craziness.
It's a nice place for breakfast, but it's also got one of the best iced coffees in the neighborhood. A bit pricey for our taste, but deliciousness is worth it.

This Ninth Street location is buried deep inside Chelsea Market. Maybe the best cup in the city and the beans are great too.
