- A key point here is they have a great breakfast/brunch menu (I had the Huevos Rancheros) and they're much less likely to be overcrowded on the weekends compared to other places in the area.
- Mmm, always hard to decide between Pan C, the breakfast burrito and chilaquiles for brunch. For dinner though, my go to is a margarita, plantains with queso fresco and sour cream, and fish tacos!
- aboutplacesAugust 29, 2017Was there today and even though i probably don't have the expertise to say this I think it was very authentic. And most importantly: food was delicious and service great
- Alfred M.April 10, 2016yeah it's small. went early enough (5pm) on a Saturday to get a table for 7. solid food + drinks. phil collins playing in the background = 👍🏽
- The Corcoran GroupFebruary 27, 2012Sit out on the veranda and enjoy a delicious lunch of chicken enchiladas for only 8 dollars! Make it a true siesta and have a cold beer or a potent margarita!
- Rachel PortJanuary 26, 2016I got one enchilada with pork & one with veggies, red & green sauce, guac on the side. Fantástico.
- Gianna NebbiaJanuary 21, 2018Best burrito I’ve ever had in my life. I’m not a burrito connoisseur so don’t get on me if you’ve had better 😋
- Tobias KMarch 14, 2018Totally solid enchiladas and other stuff, affordable and friendly. So everything you’d want, but not expect in a Mexican spot that isn’t it Bushwick.
- ElizabethMay 25, 2015Best Mexican food in the neighborhood in my opinion. My faves include the chicken tostada or chicken nachos, but the guac and housemade chips are reason alone to drop by.
- piccadillo poblano relleno (pepper stuffed with ground beef) with refried beans, sour cream, and rice
- lunch specials come with chips and pico de gallo. guacamole is $1 extra, or both for $1.50
- Marcela ArenasOctober 31, 2012Place is small but deco is amazing and welcoming. Food is great as well as the prices. Def recommend.
- Jenny CrowleySeptember 20, 2016Cute little place. Quick, friendly service. Simple, classic, tasty chicken tacos. Note: cash only.
- 10% off for BAM members is a pleasant addition to a delicious meal.
- Go for the chips/guac and appetizer chicken quesadilla. The appetizer portions are generous and (if you're not starving) can be substituted for a whole entree.
- Emily WilsonAugust 14, 2015The lunch special with 2 tacos might not seem like a lot of food but don't be fooled--it is a huge portion. Pace yourself!
- Thomas ReintjesMay 3, 2018Vegans: they make a vegan version of the black bean and plantain quesadilla!
- Gideon OlshanskyMarch 12, 2018Affordable and delicious. Highly recommend the quesadilla. Bring cash.
- DominicanAbroad.comAugust 20, 2015This is their Tortilla Soup. Very disappointing, yuck. The chicken was in massive chunks with the boiled fat attached or floating to the top of the soup next to the melted sour cream. Nauseating.
- Awesome margaritas--strong and a pitcher for 2 was cheap. Beans n rice were awesome, as was pico+chips, and the pork enchillada. Definitely going back!
- Brooklyn ExposedSeptember 6, 2010Pequena is an excellent place to brunch with friends. Excellent entrees and wait staff service. Try the cheese enchilladas and home made lemonade...yum! Read more
- AntipologirlDecember 28, 2015The vegetarian tostadas were very good! They didn't scrimp on the vegetables. Cash only though!
- Berto KillamanjaroOctober 23, 2015enchiladas are good, frozen margarita and the cute waitress with the pink hair is nice too
- Ruen EllisOctober 19, 2012It's a good wait sometimes. But do yourself a favor and grab a spot by the high top bar at window. Just as good if not better
- The chilaquiles can be made vegetarian with beans and eggs and are (is?) scrumptious.
- Alex CancelJune 15, 2013Grapefruit margarita and coconut margarita are on point, but the guac and chips were so salty it was unbearable. Not a spot I would come to again for food, but drinks are decent.
