Although pricey, it doesn't matter what you pick out. This is probably the best butcher in the city with very knowledgeable employees. My personal favorite are the fresh Hungarian sausages.

Great butcher shop and store. Expensive, but well worth it, for quality meats and homemade sausages of all types. I'll shop again!

If you don't need butcher services, you don't have to take a number! Just go right up to the register and they'll check you out.

The Lamb sticks are awesome, the jerky is the best I've ever had. Get a rack of lamb cut into chops. Best meat market in Illinois.

Jerky is cut to order, the best stuff in the store to snack on. Ask Brian to cut it to order, he knows his stuff.

Their sliced-to-order beef jerky is insanely good. It falls somewhere between dried beef and traditional beef jerky.
