This is a sustainable (green) restaurant, came here on a family trip & didn't make a reservation ahead of time so we ended up waiting for an 1.5hrs. The wait was worth it and the food was amazing!!!
You won't tire of straightforward whitefish. The innovative menu changes every day though staples include dishes like basil-stuffed rainbow trout and sea scallops in tomato-truffle butter. Read more
A quiet sustainable fisheatery with a great choice of local and foreign flavours. Make sure to get the scallops. They were not only massive but cooked to perfection. Make sure to book!
Excellent place in all respects : great fish dish with subtle flavors, interesting wine list at very moderate price and very warm service. ( I consider myself a pretty picky eater)
Food and service were good. We had the scallops, cerviche, crab salad, sturgeon and mud pie and they were all good. Will certainly visit this place again on my next trip here.
Avoid dessert and you will have a first rate dinner. Try the crab cakes, brussels sprouts, mussels, mahi mahi. All were 5 stars. Wine list is off the hook inexpensive and o what a list: some real gems
Husband loved the food. I thought it was okay. We had shrimpjambalaya and scallops. Mud pie was good, chocolate torte was a MUST have! Tables crowded, room very loud, hard to have a conversation.
We expected it to be busy and it was -we were here 2 years ago when we heard Doug Devitre at CRS. Had no reservations about returning and had no reservations so 1 hr wait became 1hr + next visit
Worst Service Ever!!! Visited Sunday April 7, 2024 9pm. African American & Caucasian Couple. Rude, Racist and Disparate Treatment by our Female Server. Disgusted with how we were treated! Walked Out!!
Sustainable seafood restaurant voted best restaurant in Monterey! Fresh seafood, organic ingredients, and an amazing wine list. Great for dinner with friends or for two in beautiful PG!
