The Park Lane has the best location of the city. It is a charming, small, a bit tired but lovely hotel that is perfect for someone who knows his way around and loves the feeling of being home.
Amazing views from the park facing rooms and best value amongst the hotels on Central Park South.

Fathima DadaMay 22, 2016The Park Lane is superbly placed right next to Central Park. But there is so much to be improved. Beds need replacing, bathrooms are crying for an upgrade. There is no ROOM SERVICE! But it is charming- Fabulous hotel on Central Park with fantastic views! Amazing renovations completed in 2022 with a stellar rooftop lounge on the 47th floor.

BennettAugust 24, 2014You have to pay for internet. Room service sometimes never arrives. Had a/c set for 65 for three days and the room is still 74 degrees. Beware of using the internet in the lobby! I wouldnt recommend.

Great location, unfortunately the rooms are outdated.. it would be a good 5 star hotel in the 90s not now
