We love sitting at the bar and having their delicious Turkey Sandwich and a beer. For a more extravagant experience, reserve a booth downstairs with a self-serve tap!
All around good food — get the Reuben, Park burger and mussels in curryDijon. They also have a 'pour it yourself' drafts in their barrel room. On my to do list next time!
Nice brunch, not too crowded for the neighborhood, though a bit pricier than some of the more "pub" type places around. Great breakfast pizza! $5 mimosas a plus.
I was blown away by the service/ food at park Ave tavern. Everything we ordered was amazing!! The grilled cheese and tomato soup was by far the best. Downstairs bartender was so kind!!
Good bar food with salads, sandwiches and entrees. Went here on a weeknight with my pops and enjoyed some vino, beer and food while watching the crowdedhappy hour scene.
Recommend the Park Burger for anyone looking for a quick bite at the bar. It's basically an upscale Big Mac...yummy without the hate-yourself-for-eating-that feeling.
Great ambiance & unique look to this place. The food is great. Loved my salad, the hummus was great too. They were happy to accommodate me not eating meat & add things to my saladnot on the menu.
Get a taste at Park Avenue Tavern, a place where you can also spend a little time alone while hitting the bottle with the restaurant's self-service taps built right into the table. Read more
Some of the best sandwiches in midtown! The hot ham-and-cheese rocked my world. And the staff are perfectly attentive and nice! Perfect spot to meet friends, have a casual meeting, or host an event
Like the location but needed to deal with some kind of badly educated anti-german guys spinning their fascist first grade knowledge bout german history. The bartender agreed with their misbehavior!
The chicken sandwich was a little dry and overall just average. The price did not match the quality of the food. They also wanted $4.00 to upgrade from chips to fries.
In the Barrell Room, the beer taps are built right into the booths, so you can pour your own pints. Kind of like a self-service pump at the gas station, except with my kind of fuel.
