This place is incredible and a gem within nyc. The architecture alone is stunning, but be sure to check out their impressive calendar of events.

Fantastic eg. of a sensitive touch in preserving historical decoration yet modernizing usage. Kudos to the vision of Herzog & de Meuron. Get a peep to all the spaces via the weekly 75mins tours @$10.

The Park Avenue Armory hosts the Winter Antiques Show - the show is like walking inside a private museum with fantastic curators happy to share the many fascinating histories of each of their objects.

When its not hosting some of NYC's best art installations, the beautiful interior of the Park Avenue Armory serves as the Commodore's mansion in HBO's Boardwalk Empire

A unique venue in New York. Fairs, and art installations are neat, but hearing Stravinsky's Symphony of Psalms or John Luther Adams’ Inuksuit in such a huge space is quite an experience...
