Paris L: Head to the 9th floor of the Harold Washington Library Center during the dreary Chicago winter months to get a much needed shot of green!

Paris L: Don't like the crowds in Millennium Park? Grant park is a perfect place to quietly roam through gardens, gaze at fountains and artwork, and reconnect with nature. Perfect for a summer night.

Paris L: Not exactly near East West, but I think it deserves an honorable mention. Located on Grand Ave, volunteering at the Anti-Cruelty Society is a very fulfilling way to spend the afternoon.

Paris L: Perfect for theater fanatics. Not quite as upscale as the lyric opera, but certainly nothing to scoff at. I enjoy the more casual, light environment, and the plays are entertaining and well-acted.

Paris L: Vegetarians and Carnivores alike will enjoy creating their own healthy, tasty meals at Flat Top. It's amazing!

Paris L: On a nicer day, ask to sit on their beautiful patio.
