The Hamon (it's Spanish, so the "H" is silent) Iberico Ham. The most amazing ham I have ever had. No contest.

Try the Sam's and Big Al's Aztlan. This is what beer is supposed to taste like. Sip it. There's a lot of complex flavor to it.
