It's outdated but service is good and beds are comfortable. Great pool with view and jacuzzi. Close to mall and metro
- Ricky RamosApril 30, 2013Nice place. No complimentary coffee though in room. The elevators get packed in the morning. Best to get breakfast at 7am to avoid the crowd and the long wait for the lift.

Karoli KõivMay 24, 2015Staff was very friendly! However, bring your own hair dryer (it truly looked like it was from the 70s and it only gave out a soft breeze) and pillow (the most uncomfortable pillow ever!).
Nice staff, great fitness & spa. No proper bedsheets though. Look for the proper pillows in the cupboard!

No no... Everything is so old stylish, you feel that you made a time travel to 70s 80s. Pillows are very thin, the blankets not good, you need to bring a hair dryer, your shampoo/conditioner/lotion.

Amor KaloJune 7, 2022Overpriced. Top deck wellness isn’t like on the pictures. Some receptionist are kind some bored screwed late checkout and we couldn’t get into the room for 20m. Prague center is 4 metro station away.

Close to Pankrac metro station. 15 minutes to the city centre.
Good wifi signal in rooms. Comforgable beds. Very uncomfortable shower.

Rik FergusonOctober 25, 2012Bring your own hairdryer, seriously, bathroom is stuck in the seventies, even with the executive upgrade. Also, don't expect to be able to iron anything in your room.
my room was paid by company based on invoice in advance, anyway they asked me for credit card number during check in because they do not believe i will pay additional services or minibar, wtf...
