- Great chips and salsa/guac. Your basic Mexican food restaurant w/in walking distance to beach. No real signature dish so you can't go wrong with anything here. Interesting atmosphere in dining room.
- Expensive yes. Atmosphere is great and the Pollo Pipian is excellent. If you want guac you are better off ordering taquitos app and getting the guac on the side.
- Alexandra A.April 10, 2013Overpriced, yes. But great atmosphere and tasty eats/drinks. Good for groups & special occasions! Have always had good service even when it's packed, & psst! There's a discount if you pay with cash ;)
- Shae Agustin-LibbyMarch 31, 2013Not sure why others complained - for the best seating, request the mezzanine area that is at the top of the atrium. Feels like you're dining outside and the food was delicious.
- Justin HoslerJanuary 8, 2014Sammy is one of the sharpest most punctual servers around! And Abbot always hooks it up with primo seating. Pancho's is a must try!! The guac is best in California.
- Hunter ThomasJune 14, 2015Classic spot with authentic food and great salsas. Big restaurant with a loud karaoke bar heard throughout...
- Geoff WintleAugust 13, 2014This place has not changed since I was here 6 years ago. So I can say they are consistent. Generous servings, more American-mex than Mexican due to the amount of dressing that accompanies each dish.
- Best salsa in the world :-) Bar and restaurant staff rocks and makes you part of the family if you visit enough
- Zuzana CizovaJuly 31, 2015Naughty Maggie is the best! It's going really well with the homemade guacamole
- The BEST salsa ever! The staff rocks and so does their tacos, taco salad and burritos
- Ask for the taquitos ponchos they aren't on the menu but they are so good
- Lusi GhazaryanJune 9, 2019I loved the atmosphere and the location here, but the food is not of high quality, for just a regular Mexican food itโs overpriced!
- Meghann IngramOctober 6, 2012Major cougar night on Fridays, an older crowd for sure! At least some live music to enjoy!
- Courtney BreslerJuly 4, 2012Margaritas were great. Service exceptional for our largest group, but menu is wildly overpriced. With drinks, you won't leave under $30
- Megan TarosAugust 10, 2010Their chicken mole is the best I've ever had outside of Mexico. You won't regret it!
- This can describe the food ๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐
- Lindsey HollandNovember 16, 2011Overpriced because of the awesome location (on the beach), so better for groups and special occasions.
- Alexandra PrinceJuly 15, 2014This place was way too expensive! I expected it to be delicious based on the prices and was very disappointed as I have had much better Mexican food for way less money. But it was nicely decorated.
- Jeff KinleyApril 4, 2010Go there and listen to Jimmy play on Fridays and Saturdays. You can thank me later.
- So ridiculously overpriced for the mediocre quality! Get a mango margarita, karaoke it & then go across the street to El Tarasco. Better Mexican to be had in LA elsewhere~try Lares on Pico Blvd.!
