Great chips and salsa/guac. Your basic Mexican food restaurant w/in walking distance to beach. No real signature dish so you can't go wrong with anything here. Interesting atmosphere in dining room.
Expensive yes. Atmosphere is great and the Pollo Pipian is excellent. If you want guac you are better off ordering taquitos app and getting the guac on the side.

Best salsa in the world :-) Bar and restaurant staff rocks and makes you part of the family if you visit enough

- The BEST salsa ever! The staff rocks and so does their tacos, taco salad and burritos
- Ask for the taquitos ponchos they aren't on the menu but they are so good

So ridiculously overpriced for the mediocre quality! Get a mango margarita, karaoke it & then go across the street to El Tarasco. Better Mexican to be had in LA elsewhere~try Lares on Pico Blvd.!
