Seriously some of the personal trainers should really control the amount of useless screaming they make. It is insane that even with headphones and gym music the screaming can still be heard.- Dont forget to bring your own headphones we dont't have to listen to your ghetto beats
- Ladies PLEASE lay off the hardcore perfume... If you cant deal with sweat go to the spa or go do lipo!!!
- When you come to the gym PLEASE but PLEASE leave your perfume at home. Nothing worst of people coming in covered in DRAKKAR NOIR!!!

Look out for the "pacer" who sports the shades and a gallon of bad perfume -- it's a gym people, not the runway.
Don't go to the pool when Louie is around. He will P*** you off!!
