The wifi here is a pain in the butt, it's not working most of the time, and you have to ask for a refresh every now and then. Otherwise, it's a good and quiet hotel.

The attentive & friendly staff make up the overall score. Love the triangle zone cruise, starts at 11am. The cheapest valet parking - only MYR15 per day. Book via agoda.com for value~ Awful breakfast.

Not surprised to see many ppl standing at the reception complaining about various matters. They failed right from the start to provide a smooth check in service on a busy day.

Overall is ok for 1 night stay. I just nk highlight few things yg i xsuka je. The blanket has an unpleasant smell, can’t drain the water from bathtub, & can’t find the fridge temperature adjustment

Don't park at B2. Calcium deposit will trickle onto your car and will be tough to get it out.

Quite disappointed with this run down place. The rooms are old, even the labels on the buttons are worn out! Room service is HORRENDOUS. No attention to detail, got my order wrong too! Sigh #Idiots

Ballroom services was so bad that they ignored customer's plea to change a dirty unused cup.2 of them just walked away even though I approached them 3x.Totally unacceptable service for a 5* hotel

Cannot believe this is a 5star hotel. No bell boy, given the rooms which already taken by some other guests, no in-room slippers, no hand towel, no laundry bags, no friendly staffs

Parking is quiet and smells like a dumpster place. Carpet smells pretty bad too. Not been maintained and lots mosquito even at the lobby!
