Great HH from 4-6:30, M-F: $5 house wines, $3-6 quality appetizers. Knowledgable staff with good wine recommendations and generosity with tastings as well as subsequent pours.

I should've known that an empty restaurant during brunch hour in the marina was a bad sign. If you're looking for brunch or food in general - you can do better anywhere else on the street.
