In a sea of so-so restaurants in Rome, it's an island of delicious food. The highlight for me was the strozzapreti carbonara. Definitely a bonus seeing the pasta being rolled in front of us :)
This was the best food I had in Italy! The taste is delicious and it looks great, also the staff were very kind. My best finding in the country! ❤️Will surely repeat!
Can't say enough. Best dining experience of our trip. Four of us each got pasta and couldn't stop eating each others'. The pasta was so fresh. Ox tail was unreal, as was the amatriciana. Take me back
Amazing the Fetuccine with Ragu...there’s no words to describe it. Clean place, affordable, personnel are professional and kind. Excellent place if you want to run out the touristic places at Navona.
Ox tail beef Gnocci was awesome. Tiramisu is out of this world and Rose wine is really good. Carbonara Fetuccini was also good, though is cooked al Dente so be aware if you rather softer pasta.
Very simple but excellent food. Cacio e pepe, bresaola, and other pastas were all perfectly done with good flavor. No house wine, but the list has some reasonably priced options.
Fantastic service and the food is super tasty, home-cooked style dishes. The pasta made by elder women in the front window is great. Try the Amatriciana style sciavatelli. Try the oxtail. All is good.
Best food we had in Rome!Excellent homemade pasta made on the spot.Their sweets are great too.The menu was only in Italian but the waitor was very kind to explain and recommend us what to choose.
We had the pasta, so very good! Amazing fresh and handmade in-front of us. My husband tried the oxtail which he rated highly! Our favourite pasta on the trip!
Pasta was incredible. Super fresh. I had the carbonara. House wine was good too. Great service. All Italians in there. Everyone was nice. Big fan of those place. Went alone while visiting from SF.
The pasta here is too good to be true! Expect to see a que around lunch/dinner times. But any waiting time for the delicious fresh hand made pasta they serve is worth it.
Great handmade pasta!!! The carbonara was really amazing... guanciale between Boeing crunch and soft and the egg mixed with the pecorino in a creamy sauce.
Variety of fresh handmade pasta to choose from daily. Cacio e pepe was delicious. Speedy & friendly service. Long queue of locals & tourists when we arrived but we were seated within 20 minutes.
We tried cacio e pepe and carbonara. Honestly, I think the place is overrated. I don’t think it is some great food compared to other places in the city. It is just ok.
If you were born in an Italian family, you know what "fresh homemade pasta" means. If you were not, go see for yourself. It's food made with love, exactly like my nonna used to make.
High prices. Ravioli with cheese in tomato sauce (16€) were the best. Gnocchi with ox tail (13€) was tasty, but portion too big. Mozzarella in Caprese (16€) was fabulous, but tomatoes were unripe ((
We had the gnocchi, carbonara and ravioli with butter, however the carbonara's sauce was split, and the bacon was burnt. The gnocchi promodoro was excellent and the ravioli we had was ok.Kinda overated
The place with authentic Italian atmosphere, great food, very fresh but simple, service matches the atmosphere and at the same time they make you feel special! Congrats guys :)
Ox tail beef and gnocchi was a fantastic house special. Friendly staff with prices on the high side, but reasonable. A nice old lady was making all the pasta by hand right by our outdoor table
Great restaurant. The pasta we had was typical Roman pasta (fiori di zucca, sugo di coda) and it was great. Cooked perfectly and with loads of flavour.
If you're like me, you're looking around at the surrounding restaurants concerned that this place is a tourist trap. It isn't. The food was excellent and the environment was a real delight.
