- Gideon OlshanskyMarch 14, 2016This place screams France. Get the steak, pair it with a red wine, and pretend your on that trip to Paris that you've wanted to take. It's the closest you can get to France in NYC.Upvoted Sep 1
- Lorraine SSeptember 30, 2011Lovely French bistro! Have brunch on the patio! You get a delicious basket of pastries. Great cappucinos & the eggs Benny was delish. Make sure you get the homefries!
- The Corcoran GroupMay 18, 2010Perfect for brunch, lunch or dinner, this French bistro has all the best classic dishes. Try the French onion soup, and the steak tartar with frites and finish with a chocolate soufflé.
- John KassAugust 12, 2017Trout was not good. Steak ah povire is great. French onion soup is the best. Sancerre is also amazing. Trout is like well done. Avoid that
- heather pinkOctober 15, 2010This is the most underated restarant in the city. The steak tartare is probably the best in the country. I've never had a bad meal here. Also, I've never had an issue with the servers being rude.
- Food is all really good. That said, bit of a snooty attitude and definitely becomes a place for "ladies who lunch" during the week.
- Kinjil MathurJuly 14, 2015cute UES french bistro. classic dishes but with a non french only wine list. Sit outside.
- ArturoOctober 28, 2012Lots of food for a reasonably priced pre fixe ($30). Here's a thumbsdown: for a big restaurant, there's 1 toilet in the men's room--incroyable!!
- Gabbie ChamorroSeptember 27, 2014The short rib club and a glass of rose on a lazy Saturday afternoon.... Wonderful.
- Whatever you do, get the duck l'orange and the chocolate mousse!!!
- Filippa Edberg-ManuelApril 10, 2013Fantastic tartare whether the french steak or the japanese tuna version
- Bobby TreanorJanuary 27, 2012Drink a lot of red wine and order the steak frites! Did I mention you should drink a lot of red wine?
- Stephen ShapiroApril 22, 2015It's perfectly fine; I just wish the food were as good as the restaurant looks.
- Vincent LargilliereNovember 4, 2012$9 for 2 single espressos at the counter top !!! First and last time for me - even if I'm French !! You thieves !
- Sarah SpagnoloSeptember 16, 2015Hit or miss in terms of food, but the ambiance is quaint and transports you to France
- Rachel SmithMarch 26, 2016Cocktails are good but steak blah no flavor ambience French but crowd older
- SynBenNovember 21, 2010Went with a group of people. Everyone who had the Salmon had explosive diarrhea. Beware of the salmon!
- Brian PJune 2, 2016Nice decor, built to look like an old Paris cafe. Overpriced even for its location.
- Tash ConcepcionAugust 1, 2014The sliders are quite small and barely contain any hamburger meat. Get something else if you're hungry. Waste of money and highly overpriced for what you get.
