Bob LeeNovember 19, 2011Used to love Oliveto, but it's had its ups and down over the past few years. Looks like things have moved in a positive direction as of late, though..they still make some of the freshest pasta around!
Allison LeachNovember 16, 2013Oliveto provides exceptional Italian fare. The chef prepares unique menus based on the seasons. Truffle dinner is their best offering. The truffles are finely shaved by the ounce over fresh pasta.

winnipegApril 10, 2010the upstairs dinner/dessert menu changes everyday based on what's in season. the downstairs cafe has amazing breakfast PIZZA. during the winter, oliveto's has hot cider and roasted chestnuts for sale!
Locally sourced ingredients thoughtfully prepared. Always an excellent meal at Oliveto.
C BayugaDecember 24, 2011We go specifically for the mimosas and 2 egg, pancetta breakfast pizza before 10am. Highly enjoyable. We always seem to get the same table= coincidence. Service always ,always disappoints though.
D Ki KatoJanuary 8, 2012Try the Breakfast Pizza With Farm Egg And Pancetta - One egg is not enough to cover this pizza...easily enough for two (or a very hungry person).
The little gem salad is a nice addition. I wish they would return to a wood burning stove downstairs......
Ashley MowreyMay 12, 2016I was disappointed. Yes the wine pours were huge, but the vibe was weird and the food was average. For the cost, I'd rather eat my own attempts to make Italian food. The staff are nice though.

George DyOctober 8, 2010the breakfast pizza is great for cold mornings out front with their heater. breakfast trumps their lunch and dinner.
Really wonderful home made marmalade with crunchy fresh baked bread. The poached eggs are always perfect!
