- Very friendly staff. Everyone here seems to like to chat with the customers. Try one of the huge leather-y chairs if you can. They're super comfortable for reading and relaxing.
- Renee Bennett ToneSeptember 29, 2015This page is confusing b/c first it lists Odradeks as being in Kew Gardens, Queens, & then in Brooklyn. There are TWO, one in each place. The Brooklyn one opened after the original Queens one.
- New York HabitatApril 23, 2014This comfortable coffee shop has a very peaceful ambiance, if you plan on doing some work. Similar to Starbucks, WiFi is available and the coffee and snacks are great.
- Super nice baristas, and great coffee - especially lattes. Hot cocoa is the best I've had anywhere short of Jaque Torres. Lots of seating, wifi, and they accept Square payments. A+
- Great atmosphere, but you can't be out of things if you have a limited menu to start. Also rather pricey. Small iced latte, frappe, bagel &a chocolate croissant: $14.05. For that, Starbucks is cheaper
- Gajtana SimonovskaMay 2, 2016Great coffee, free wifi, and plentiful seating. Coffee art house feel with the art by locals.
- MarcJuly 13, 2015Like they said, good place for reading, or maybe homework. Bookshelf full of stuff or bring ya own.
- Project Latte: a NYC cafe culture guideNovember 13, 2012We can't even imagine how this leftover 1980s Kew Gardens train station coffee house ended up serving Vancouver's 49th Parallel coffee. Plushy chairs, tables, wifi, food, kind of messy. Read more
- LaurenAugust 18, 2013The peppermint mocha shottie is delish! And the chocolate croissant was the best I've had in years...get it warmed up!
- Julia Varlamova-DrummondJanuary 28, 2013The coffee is great. I wish they had more food options. If they start making tomato/mozzarella/basil sandwich ill be here everyday.
- Mindy ScalzettiAugust 4, 2016Went there today but they're closed. The sign was there but looking through the window, the place looked in disarray. Call before going bc it looked to me like it might be closed for good.
- Todd HodgsonFebruary 8, 2012The chai latte is delicious, however the café's name is misspelled on 4sq. A bit on the pricey side ($1.85 for a small coffee), but I caught my train on time today.
- Erika AndreaFebruary 19, 2015The Belgian Hot Chocolate will have me coming back this winter. #greatness
- Perilous MooJuly 17, 2014Love to support this place because it's local & indie, but just can't. Very slow service, crazy $$, tiny portions, closed Friday nights & Saturdays, hipsters, loud folk who use it as an office. NOPE!
- Lara LoveApril 7, 2012The Heath Mocha, iced or hot, is actually to die for. Maybe the best thing I have ever tasted!
- If you order a coffee and your train comes first, they give you a free drink token. :)
- Dana MarieFebruary 15, 2016They do honestly have great coffee but every time I've been there they were out of something also I'd advise against going when you're in a rush as they tend to be pretty slow..
- Great service friendly faces great latte and baked goods......worth every penny
- Nice staff, good coffee, great location...but slow to serve if there's a line. They should bring back the table they had set up outside where they would serve coffee for a discount.
- Great coffee if you are willing to spend a few more moolah than Starbucks.
- Rachael Plotkin-GudemaJanuary 1, 2013great time had by all!!! coffee was divine - atmosphere very chilled.
- Diandra KusumawardhaniFebruary 1, 2015The spanish latte is so good but the crowd is a bit weird. Not so cool
- Lisa AntonucciMarch 11, 2016The coffee is really good but their hours are inconsistent and unreliable. Furniture needs to be fixed. Most chairs are broken.
- Joanna KimNovember 24, 2011I spent about three hours there on my laptop there and the workers didn't even once come around to wipe tables after customers leave. The cashier was on a computer herself the whole time
